Lydia (also called Lidia) Rickard was a daughter of John Rickard and his wife Mary. She was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts, on 12 July 1679[1] or 12 December 1679.[2][3]
↑ Some versions of Plymouth Vital Records (such as Volume 1, page 15) show a birthdate of 12 December 1681, but this is annotated to indicate that other sources give a date of 1679. Since a brother was born on 29 December 1681, it is unlikely that she was born in December 1681.

I think this is the daughter of Rickard-186 who was born in Plymouth on 12 July 1679, according to Plymouth Vital Records. I can't find any Plymouth records for a Lydia Rickard born in December 1681, and searching in Ancestry Family Trees, I find that the Lydia who is said to have been born in December 1681 is also said to be a daughter of that same John Rickard. Since there is no solid source for a 1681 birthdate, I suggest that this birthdate should be changed to 12 July 1679 and she should be attached to Rickard-186 and his wife Mary as her parents.
