Ruliff was born in 1749. He was the son of Anthony Ricketts and Mary Ricketts.

- Note that the find a grave for this man doesn't have spouse of Mary Ricketts. The spouse of the Rulif Ricketts born in Virginia is the one that has spouse of Mary Ricketts. Find a grave could be wrong but it says the Rulif born in Virginia is buried near wife Mary in Maysville Cemetery in Kentucky. FamilySearch has the son of Anthony marrying Mary Ricketts. They also could BOTH be correct if they both married someone name Mary.
