Biography

James Cooper Rickman was born on April 14, 1865 in Missouri, USA to Henry Rickman and Mary Ann Dorsey. ^[1]

On March 24, 1912, J. C. Rickman signed his consent for the marriage of his daughter, Lula Rickman (under the age of 18), to be married to Ernest Kennon (under the age of 21), the son of H. L. Kennon, in Cedar County, Missouri. Ernest was "of Stockton", and Lula was "of Fair Play R#4". ^[2]

Cooper Rickman can be found on the 1900 US census for Madison Twp, Cedar County, Missouri, in the household of his wife's parents, James and Rebecca Moore. Cooper and Bettie Rickman have been married for about 5 years, and have one 4-year old daughter, according to the census.
