Biography
Charles was born on 18 August 1864 in Black Ash, Crawford, Pennsylvania, USA. He was the son of Marion Calvin Riddle and Mary Cathryn (Looker) Riddle.[1]
In 1889 he married Clara Pratt.[2]
Charles died at the age of 73 on 29 March 1938 in Sedro-Wooley, Skagit Co., WA.[1]
Charles was buried in March 1938 in Bay View Cemetery, Bellingham, Whatcom Co., WA.[1]
