Ann married William Molyneux on 30 Sep 1849 at St Peter's Church in Liverpool. Ann had already been married once, and her surname was Cross. William was also widowed; he was a joiner. Both were of full age (21 or more) and living in Lambert Street. Ann's father was named as Lewis Rigby, labourer; William's father wasn't named, probably meaning he was illegitimate. The witnesses were Samuel Johnson and Jane Evans.
In 1851 three of Ann's children - William, John and Alice Cross - and one of William's - Elizabeth Molyneux - were living with them.
In 1861 two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Mary Lunn, were in William and Ann's household.
In 1871 Ann's grandson Lewis Cross was living with William and Ann, or perhaps visiting them.
On 5 Jun 1878, Ann was one of the two witnesses at the marriage of her sister Alice Unsworth to Jonathan Rothwell at St Mary the Virgin Church. The other witness was possibly her son John Cross.
