Biography
William was born about 1828. He is the son of Richard Rigby and Ann Boydell. [1]
He did not appear with the family in the 1841 or 1851 census when he was still a child. There are no other sources for him. A William Rigby died in Leigh in 1895 but there is no proof that it was this Richard Rigby. It is likely he died as a young child prior to 1841.
