Frederick and Emma were living at Sunny Corner,New South Wales about 1910 where Frederick joined up with William James Kell and they
founded the well known construction company,Kell and Rigby Pty.Ltd.
Later,Frederick and Emma lived at 41 Fairlight Street Manly,New South Wales.
