Biography
Priscilla Riggan b. c 1759, d. Feb 1830 Priscilla was born circa 1759 at Bute County, North Carolina.1 She was the daughter of Francis B Riggan Sr and Mary Pegram. She married Wilmont Edgerton on 18 April 1808 at Warren County, North Carolina.3 Priscilla died in February 1830 at Warren County, North Carolina.2
