William Hubert RIGGS [1][2][3][4][5] was born [6] 26 Feb 1839 in Oxford, New Haven Co., Connecticut, United States and was christened [7] 31 May 1868 in St. Peters Episcopal Church, Oxford, New Haven Co., Connecticut, United States. He died [8] 1918 and was buried [9] in Union Cemetery, Seymour, New Haven Co., Connecticut, United States. William married Martha Bates TOMLINSON.
