Biography

Daughter of Lucinda, Francis Ellen Riggs was born on March 24, 1861 (or 1867),^[1] in Van Buren, Arkansas. She married widower Stephen Teehee (1837-1907) when she was 19 years old,^[2] c.1887^[3] and they had at least 7 named children (4 unknown children died before 1910):^[4]
