Eleanor "Nelly" Riggs was born October 3, 1776 in Pike Run, Washington, Pennsylvania. She died December 10, 1847 in Deerfield, Ward Township, Randolph, Indiana at age 71.
Daughter of William W. Riggs (1750-1833) and Mary Dodson (1755-1819).
Eleanor was probably born in Pennsylvania per her son's biography.[1] She died about 1847 in Randolph County, Indiana. [2]
Eleanor Riggs married John Franklin in 1794 in Washington, Pennsylvania. [1]
