Biography
When John was about 30 he married Rebecca Taylor on 30 April 1914 in St Mark's Ch, Newtown, Pemberton, Lancs, England.[1]
- John was a collier living at The Scarboro Hotel, Boothroyd Lane, Dewsbury, Yks, at the time of his marriage. He was the son of James Riley deceased. Church Records for this marriage were provided by Tom Bennett, Rin 1003, in a letter dated 12 Aug 2002.
