Biography

Arthur Stanley Riley was born in Vernon, British Columbia on April 23, 1897^[1]. He was the son of Thomas Riley and Bertha Mandelsloh.

At the time of the 1901 Canada Census, Thomas J, Bertha, George P, and Arthur S Riley were listed as living in Sidney, British Columbia^[2].

Arthur married Jean Adams in Victoria, British Columbia on March 9, 1920^[3]. At the time of their marriage, Arthur's occupation was listed as "Electrician".

At the time of the 1930 U.S. Census, Arthur S. and Jean S. Riley were listed as living in San Francisco, California in the household of Jean's mother Alice E Adams, along with Jean's sister, Hilma G Adams^[4].

Arthur died in San Francisco, California on May 15, 1979^[5].
