In Memoriam

"Family Notices" The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954) 25 June 1921

JACQUES.—In loving memory of my dear wife and our mother, who departed this life June 26, 1920.

Her loving smile, her gentle ways,
Are pleasant to recall;
She always had a kindly word.
And died beloved by all.
Inserted by her loving husband and family.

JACQUES.—In loving memory of our dear mother and grandmother, Etta Jacques, who passed away June 20, 1920.

So short and sudden was the call,
Her sudden death surprised us all;
Only those who have lost are able to tell,
The pain in our hearts at not saying farewell.
A life made beautiful by kindly deeds,
A helping hand for others needs;
Good was her heart, her friendship sound,
Loved and respected by all around.
Inserted by her loving daughter, son-in-law, and grand-child, Annie, Naser, and Thelma.

"Family Notices" The Sun (Sydney, NSW : 1910 - 1954) 26 June 1921
