- His parents are George Ringer, b.1770, and Eunice Freeman.
- Bartlett Ringer, married Elizabeth Ann Henley in 1847, Chelsea, Lunenburg County. She was born May, 1828, in Chelsea, Lunenburg Co., died in Lockeport, Shelburne Co., the daughter of Henry and Mary E. (Freeman) Henley.
- They had 11 children.
- Death date and place of death is est. from his son Bradford Ringer was born in 1875, in Little Harbour.
