(Nicolas?) Isaie Riopel was born about 1810 in Canada. (1808 according to the 1891 census, 1812 according to the 1861 census.)
Nicolas Isai Riopelle married Adelaide Richard in 1833 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada.[1]
In the 1861 Quebec census, Isaie was married and living in l'Epiphanie, L'Assomption, Quebec. According to the census, he was born 1812 in Bas Canada (Lower Canada, now Quebec).[2]
In the 1891 Canada census, Isaie was widowed and still living in l'Epiphanie, L'Assomption, Quebec. According to the census, he was born 1808 in Bas Canada (Lower Canada, now Quebec).[3]
