Biography

Thomas was born in 1894. He was the son of William Ritchey and Nancy Conger. He passed away in 1974.

Obituary T. W. Ritchey, 7S, will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Abernathy Cemetery. The Rev. Gerald Holder, pastor of the Foursquare Gospel Church of Plainview, will officiate. Burial will be under the direction of Chambers Funeral Home. Ritchey died Tuesday in Pocahontas, Ark. of a heart attack while visiting his brother. He was bom in Leon County and was a veteran of World| War I. He was a retired farmer and a member of the American Legion. Survivors include his wife Mamie Ritchy; a daughter. Mrs. Nancy Savino of Beaumont; a brother, Jim Ritchey of Ravenden, Ark.; five sisters: Mrs. Rossie Gibson of Fort Worth, Mrs. Mamie Timmerman of Graham, Mrs. Cassie Caraway of Joplin, Mo., and Mrs. Betty Lawson of Wellington, Ariz.; and three grandchildren
