Biography
Isom was born in 1841. He was the son of Nicholas Ritchie and Nancy Patrick.
In 1867, he married Sarena Tucker 1843–1904 in Madison COunty, Arkansas. Their children include the following: Mary Jane Ritchie hooper 1867–1939, Jay William Ritchie 1869–1912, Rebecka Ritchie 1870–1880, Nancy Ann Ritchie frazier caswell 1874–1945, Sarah C Ritchie craig boatman 1874–, David Crockett Ritchie 1878–1938, Catherine Ritchie johnson 1880– 1960, Elizabeth Ritchie roberts 1884–1964, and Ivan Blaine Ritchie 1884–1932.
After his first wife Sarena died in 1904, he married Nancy "Nannie" cooper 1871–1926.
He passed away in 1914.
