Biography

William was born in 1881. In 1902 he married Lydia V. Fifer. ^[1]With his wife Lydia having passed away in 1905, in about 1906 he married Minnie Florence Puffenbarger. The 1910, 1920, and 1940 census informaation shows him living with his second wife Minnie and children, In Allen County, Ohio, Rockingham County, Virginia, and Augusta County, Virginia, angaged in farming. ^[2][3][4] William passed away in 1968. ^{[5] [6]}
