MARRIAGE ARTICLE. WEDDING ARTICLE. MARRIAGE OF MISS DOROTHY DIBBS. This afternoon a fashionable wedding took place in Christ Church, Lavender Bay, the principals being Miss Dorothy Cecil Dibbs and Mr. William F. Ritchie. The church was handsomely decorated with white flowers and favors, the chancel being especially well embellished. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. A. Yarmouth, of Ashfield, assisted by the Rev. M. McLean, rector. Mr. Sykes presided at the organ, and Miss Alexander sang 'O perfect Love' as the wedding party entered the church, giving a 'Serenade' from Schubert as they left. Mr. T. A. Dibbs, father of the bride, gave her away, and Mr. T. Ritchie, brother of the groom, acted as best man. The bridesmaids were Misses Cox, Gordon, McCormich and Massie. Mrs. Ritchie is the youngest daughter of Mr. Dibbs, manager of the Commercial Banking Company, a gentleman well-known in this city and sister of Mr. Burton Dibbs, a well-known city solicitor. The bridegroom comes from Dunedin, New Zealand, where the family is well known, both in commercial and shipping circles.
