Albert L. Rundquist, 22, and Nola Ritter, 19, were married on 24 March 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was the first marriage for both parties. Nola was born 19 February 1901 in Riverdale, Utah, the daughter of Edward C. Ritter and Lula Bell. Albert was born 4 November 1897 in Roy, Utah, the son of Charles A. Rundquist and Mary C. Elggren.[1]
In 1930, the Rundquist family lived on their farm in Roy, Weber, Utah. All members of the household were born in Utah. The household included Albert L. Rundquist, 31 (father b. Sweden, mother b. Utah), a farmer, and WWI veteran; his wife Nola, 29 (father b. PA; mother b. Iowa); their children, Donald L., 8; Darlene, 6; and Elaine, 4. Living nearby were Albert’s parents, Charles A. Rundquist, 68, a farmer; and his wife Mary C., 62.[2]
In 1940, they lived on their farm in Roy, Utah. They owned the property, valued at $2000, and had lived there for at least five years. All members of the household were born in Utah. The household included Albert L. Rundquist, 42, a farmer, who had completed three years of high school; his wife Nola G., 39, completed eighth grade; their children, all in school, except for the baby: Donald L., 18, who worked on a desk repair school project; Darlene, 16; Elaine, 14; and Mary Lou, and infant.[3]
Nola Gertrude (Rutter) Rundquist, 19 February 1901 - 23 June 1989 is buried with her husband Albert and four of their children at Roy City Cemetery, Roy, Utah. [4]
