Biography

Giuseppe Rizzo is a Corleone native resident, the son of Francesco Rizzo and Liboria la Torre, who married in 1782. He is named after his paternal grandfather.

Giuseppe marries Dorotea Badulato, daughter of Maestro Liborio Badulato and the late Giuseppa Gulotta, on 3 February 1826. His parents have died by this time. His mother's surname is given as "la Terra."^[1]

Giuseppe and Dorotea have at least one child, Francesco (c. 1828), named after his paternal grandfather.

Francesco marries Calogera Gallo on 12 November 1854.^[2]
