Mary Elizabeth Roach was born in 1841 in North Carolina. She was the daughter of Richard Roach and Delila Raeburn. She was in their home in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1850, along with her siblings, Sarah F-7, John R-5, and William C-3, [1]
She married Jeremiah "Jerry" White in 1868.[2] Children.

They were living in Union County, Mississippi in 1880, where Jerry (32.NC) was farming and she (37,NC) was tending the home and raising their children, Texanna-7 b.MI, Albert-5 b MI, Thomas-3, MI. [3] In 1900 they were living in Chickashas, Indian Territory, Township 2 [4]
By 1910 the had moved to Justice 1, Andrews County, Texas in 1910, with their son W A-(36 MI) in the home with them.[2] Jerry was working at the time as a Farm laborer.
She is thought to have died in 1914 in Midland, Texas, at the age of 73.
