Biography

Francis was born 18 Mar 1953 in Brunswick, Maine. He is the third son of Paul Roane and Priscilla Brown. His family moved to Bath, Maine c.1956 where he attended school and graduated from Morse High School in 1971. He was active in school sports; baseball, swimming and football. He played saxophone in the school band. After graduation he attended University of Maine at Orono and studied Mechanical and Architectural Engineering. He passed away in 1980.
