In 1743, above the age of 14 years, Eleazer made the choice for John Dotey Jr. of Plymton to be his guardian.[1]

Eleazer Robbins of Plympton died intestate and on 6 January 1777, Eleazer Robbins of Plympton was granted the administration of his estate.[3]
His inventory was taken on 1 February 1777 in Plympton. His real estate was divided among his children, Eleazer Robbins (eldest son), Consider Robbins, Seth Robbins, Rebecca Fuller, wife of John Fuller of Plymouth, Sarah Sears, wife of Willet Sears of Plymouth, Jemima Lucas, wife of Samuel Lucas of Plympton, Mary Robbins, and Elizabeth Robbins. [4]
In 1777, Isaac Jackson was appointed guardian of his minor sons, Seth Robbins (age 7 years),[5] and Sylvanus Robbins (age 13 years).[6] Ebenezer Doten of Plymouth was appointed guardian of his minor daughter, Elizabeth (age 10 years).[7]
In 1777, above the age of 14 years, his son Consider made the choice of Eleazer Crooker of Plympton to be his guardian.[8]
In 1778, an account of his estate by Eleazer Robbins was recorded which included debts received, debts paid, doctor, charges from his last sickness, the widow's dower, and administration fees.[9]
In 1779, a piece of land was discovered by the administrator of the estate, and another account of his estate by Eleazer Robbins was recorded which included gravestones, appraising the property, doctor, and administration fees.[10]
In 1785, his son Seth, above the age of 14 years, made the choice of John Fuller of Kingston to be his guardian.[11]
In 1794, his estate that had been set out to his widow for her dower was divided into ten equal parts and set out to Eleazer Robbins (eldest son), Rebecca, wife of John Fuller, Jemima, wife of Samuel Lucas, Mary, wife of Abijah Lucas, Sarah, wife of Willard Sears, Consider Robbins, Sylvanus Robbins, Elizabeth Robbins, and Seth Robbins. An account of his estate by Eleazer Robbins included repairs to the house, the cost of dividing the widow's thirds, and administration fees.[12]
