Charlotte was born in 1859. Charlotte died in 1914 and was buried in Godwin Cemetery, Hot Springs, Garland, Arkansas. [1] She married William Riley Frazier first about 1890. [citation needed] She was married to Marion Frank Lavender on 15 Dec 1894. [2]
