BLUNDON, Phyllis — Passed peacefully away at Lakeside Home Gander on August 13, 2010, Phyllis Blundon, age 82 years. Phyllis was born September 08, 1927 in Everett, Massachusetts. Predeceased by her husband, Heber Ronald; parents, Benoni and Elizabeth (King) Robbins; brothers, Ray, Everett, and brother-in-law, Edger Whalen. Left with loving memories are her sons, David (Queen), Gordon (Susan) of Gander, NL; daughters, Carol (Dave Graham) of Bedford, NS, Noreen (Charlie Ralph) of Gander, NL; brother, Ron (Lorraine) Robbins of St. John's, NL; sister, June Whalen of Caplin Cove, Trinity Bay; sister-in-law, Sharon Robbins of Marystown, NL; grandchildren, Christine, (Byron Blackmore ), Gordie (Becky Harris), Joshua, Jeffrey, great-grandchild, Zachary, and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home Gander. Funeral service took place Monday, August 16th at 2:00 P.M. from Fraser Road United Church, Gander followed by interment at All Saint Cemetery. Donations can be made in memory of Phyllis to a charity of one's choice. Arrangement entrusted through Stacey's Funeral Home Gander.
