Hi Chris,

I found your comment on a possible brother (Vincent) of my Daniel Robbins very interesting. I have spent years trying to trace the family of Daniel Robbins. There obviously was a Robbins family in Washington County, PA. I spent endless hours in the PA Archives in Harrisburg tracing them. I have copies of so many wills but no connection to Daniel. On tax records, everywhere I found my Daniel I found a John Robbins. I thought John was the father but he might have been a brother. There was a John who was the brother of Job (who died in 1777) and a brother Daniel (who died before 1777). I proved their mother as Ann who died in 1785 in Washington County. They had a brother Jacob and sisters Ann, Leca, and Agnes. These are my names so I feel my Daniel was somehow connected.

Hi K.Jones, Sorry to be so late ! I agree that Daniel and John Robbins were brothers. They lived in Mingo creek / Nottingham Washington County PA along with Isaac Robbins who I suspect is my father to Vincent G Robbins and Sister Azubia Robbins Washburn. They all lived there until he passed away around 1781. I have some proof that my Ohio line connects back to Isaac Robbins and his wife Sarah ? Robbins Sutton through a court record in Brown County Ohio. A son of Vincent and Ann Kitchen Robbins, Obadiah Robbins children many of them ended up in Georgetown Brown County Ohio as well. I'm taking a rest from Ancestry.com due to there new policies about ownership rights to pictures and information but I'm still on familytree DNA , Gedcom, LDS and wiki.
