Biography

Bonnie Radske

PORT HURON - Bonnie Radske, age 73, of Port Huron Township, died June 29, 2003, in her home after a long illness.

She was born June 5, 1930, in Port Huron and was a lifelong resident.

She married Lewis W. Radske on September 27, 1953, in Angola, Indiana.

Bonnie was a member of St. Stephen Church and past president of both St. Anne's Altar Society and St. Stephen School P.T.A. She volunteered for the St. Stephen Caring Committee and Mid City Nutrition Program. She was an avid sports fan and founded the booster club at Port Huron Central High School. She made and donated many thousands of rosaries. Her last two employments were, at Ullenbruch Flowers and Ruff Floral. She enjoyed weaving blankets as a hobby.

She is survived by her husband, Lewis W. Radske, Port Huron Twp.; daughter, Christine M. (Timothy) Morris, Kimball; sons, Frederick W. (Billie) Radske, Freer, TX and Edward L (Debra) Radske, Marysville; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and an Aunt, Margaret Hamilton, Port Huron.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Leslie Richard Robbins.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in St. Stephen Church, David J. Lesniak, Pastor will officiate.

Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Fred and Edward Radske, Timothy Morris, William Seaton, Adam Wolf, and Richard Radske.

Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in Karrer- Simpson Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 730 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Hospice or St. Stephen Church.
