Mrs. Prashaw, an aged lady, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John LaRue, on North Main street. The remains were taken to Brasher Falls where the funeral was held on Saturday morning at 10.o'clock from St. Patrick's church. Burial was made In Brasher Falls. Thur Nov 19, 1925.

Mrs. Rose A. Prashaw, 75, Dies Following Stroke. 1
On Wednesday night, Nov. 11, 1925, at 11 o'clock occurred the death of Mrs. Marshall Prashaw, age 72 years, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Larue at Norwood, where she had been visiting. She has been ailing for the past few years. Her death was due to a shock which she had on Monday of the same week.
Mr. and Mrs. Prashaw were united in marriage Sept. 14, 1869. She spent all of her married life in the town of Brashaw, until last fall when she moved to Norwood.
She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, Marshall Prashaw of Norwood, five daughters, Mrs. John Larue and Mrs. Vernon Claflin of Norwood, Mrs. Eugene Lawson of Plumbrook, Mrs. Nina Sharlon and Mrs. O. A. Carney of Massena, one son, Frank of Massena; also twenty-six grandchildren and twenty-live great granchildren.
Funeral was held from the St. Patrick's Catholic church at Brasher Falls at 10 o'clock Saturday with Rev. C. J. Crowley officiating. Burial in that cemetery. The pall bearers were: Vernon Claflin, John Larue, Eugene Lawson, Orville Carney, Frank Prashaw and Lloyd Carney.
