Biography

Richard was born 7 September 1835 in the Bahamas.^[1] He was the son of Richard Roberts and Charity Sweeting.

He married Martha Ann Pinder on 2 January 1852 in Key West, Florida, in a ceremony performed by James Prader, M.G.^[2] The witness was Martin Weatherford.

Richard died on 7 February 1900 in Key West, and he is buried there in the City Cemetery.^[3]
