Roberts-38299 and Roberts-20301 appear to represent the same person because: I believe that these two Rebecca's are the same. She did marry Isham Mizell and her tombsone states her name was Starling. The birth dates are correct. The only thing that needs to be done is to remove the middle name. I have not seen it on any documents.
