When Melvin was born it confirmed Mallie had 13 children, of which 10 still survived. This accounts for the Cora, Elmer and the infant death in 1917.

At age 91 Mattie would pass away the 29th of Apr 1965 at Saint Mary's Hospital ^[1] in Lubbock, Lubbock, Texas, USA. and be buried in Lorenzo, Crosby County, Texas, United States of America. ^[11]

Her Death Certificate confirming her birthdate, parents names, confirming that Enoch passed away before her. Her daughter Mrs. J.D. Morgan signed the death certificate, by my records this would be her daughter Margaret. Her cause of death would be Cerebral Arteriosclerosis. She would be buried on the 1st of May 1965 in the Lorenzo Cemetery in Lorenzo Texas.

Mrs. Roberts Rites Arranged

Services for Mrs. Mallie Catherine Robert, 91, 2610 47th Stret., Lubbock resident for five years, will be at 10 a.m. today in the First Assembly of God Church.

The Rev. R.I. Stewart, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery beside her husband, E.A. Roberts, under direction of Carter Funeral Home of Lockney.

Mrs. Roberts died at 1:40 AM Thursday in St. Mary's Hospital. Local Arrangements were under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home. Mrs. Roberts was born in Tennessee and came to Texas when she was 18 years old.

Survivors include one son, M.D. Roberts Slaton; six daughters, Mrs. Ella Richthey, Alburquerque, N.M., Mrs. Carla Burrell, Clovis, Mrs. Viola Holt, Big Spring, Mrs. Louisa Smith, Center Point, Mrs. Maggie Morgan, Lubbock and Mrs. Ethel Hardin, Hobbs, N.M.; one brother; five sisters and several grandchildren.
