I am one of 49 grandchildren. We always had home made biscuits, never any processed or purchased foods in the house when we would visit - everything was home grown. She made the best chocolate gravy in the world - add her hot steamy biscuits cooked on the old wood stove and her home made butter - we were some happy kids!
