Sarah Jane was born on 16 Mar 1837 in Spanish Wells, Eleuthera, Bahamas.[1]
On 20 July 1857, she married Benjamin Curry in Spanish Wells.[2] She had ten known children with him:

- Mary Jane b. 1862[5]
- Joshua b. 1866[6]
- Margaret A. b. c. 1868[7]

She passed away on 10 April 1922 in Spanish Wells, due to natural causes.[12]
