Biography

William was born in 1889. He is the son of John Robertson.

At the age of 21, he was a Bioscope Operation at the West Hartelpool "Empire" Living Pictures.

He married Grace Agather Gardner in 1915.

For a while, he was a shipyard plater (pre 1911?). He became a Wholesale and Retail Grocer with two shops in Hartlepool, probably after marriage.

He died in Hartlepool in 1975.
