(Oct 1941). DIVORCE. Soldier Gets Divorce. Evidence that the wife was an inmate of Claremont Mental Hospital and not likely to recover, was given in a case in the Divorce Court today. Hugh Samson Robertson, member of the A.I.F. was granted a divorce from Gertrude Robertson. They married in 1929 and there were two children. Robertson said his wife's health broke down in 1935. The decree was made returnable at the December sittings. [Mr. T. J. Hughes for petitioner.]
