Their children inherited: Skipworth Durbin, James Durbin, William Durbin, Polly Durbin, George Durbin, Jeremiah Durbin, Jr., Martha Ann Durbin, Mozella Durbin, Amanda Durbin, Thomas Youngblood Durbin and Malinda Durbin, wife of Patrick Eivers, all represented by their father, Jeremiah Durbin (12) Robert Headen, absentee, represented by his agent, Samuel H. Morris.
