Biography

Andrew Robertson was born in 1866, the son of John Robertson and Jane Wright. ^[1]

He passed away in 1893 aged 27. ^[2]

Andrew was a Stonemason and was killed when he fell from a building. ^[3]

At the time of his death he was living at 46 Fenwick Street, North Carlton, with his siblings Helen, Mary, Jean, Thomas and Hugh. His brother John Robertson was a school teacher at Nirranda, and his brother James was in Sydney, New South Wales. He had an accident insurance policy worth £50.

ROBERTSON.—On the 4th inst., Andrew Robertson (the brother of John Robertson, State School 1130, Mirranda), killed by a fall from the Equitable Life Assurance Company's offices.

He was buried in Boroondara Cemetery, Kew. ^[5]
