Jenkins Robertson was a South Carolinian.

Jenkins Robertson was born on December 26, 1872, in Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina, United States.^[1]His parents were Henry Robertson and Mary Mikell. ^[2]

He graduated from the Citadel in Charleston in 1891. After graduation, he entered the cotton business and in 1896 went into the fertilizer brokerage business.^[3]

He married Virginia Brawley in about 1902.^[4]

He died on April 14, 1952, at 39 South Battery Street in Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina, United States.^[5][6][7] He was buried at Magnolia Cemetery in Charleston, South Carolina.^[8]
