Biography

The 1901 census lists his DOB as November 22, 1890 and spells his name Stuart.

Stewart was living with his family at the age of 10 in 1901 but is not living with his parents in 1911. Neither are either of his brothers.

Stewart may have been living in Ottawa at the time of the 1911 census. There is an A.M. Robertson, age 20, living as a lodger in Ottawa and working as a broker in an office that might have been him.

Stewart, age 31, was married to Jessie, age 28, and living in Kingston as of the 1921 census.

The Molson family history published privately in the 1930s and distributed among family members indicates that Stewart Molson Robertson married Jessie E. Slater and they had two children, David Stewart and Jessie E. S., but the book's chart does not provide dates.

There is a marriage announcement for Stewart Molson Robertson, son of Mrs. David Stewart Robertson and the late Mr. Robertson, to Alice Leone McCabe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Alexander McCabe, on September 20, 1935. [1]
