Hello Lydia, hope all is well with you. Do you have anymore information on Samuel Apple, your profile Apple-472. Is that really the name of his wife, or is that just a place holder. Could Samuel's Find A Grave memorial ID number be 74910752?

Lydia, Just seeing your message about the Bassett ancestors. Did you ever find that part of your tree?

part 2 -

I've never tried to sync my e-mails - I have a hard enough time keeping up with them when they're just in one place.

To forward e-mail sent to one address to another one is a function within the domain or the e-mail program. I’m not real good at that sort of thing, but if you post to g2g what e-mail program you use, I’m sure someone will be able to tell you how to forward e-mail from it, or how o use the sync feature.

Cheers, Liz

Hi & thanks for your note -

I’m not sure what you mean by "here". If you mean see private messages here on the Internet, through WikiTree, then no, there’s not a way that I know of to do that.

My WikiTree e-mail goes to an address managed by my Outlook e-mail program on my home desktop computer. When I’m on the road, I only have access to e-mail sent to my gmail address that is my phone’s e-mail. I believe there is a way that I can forward e-mail from the one to the other, but I don’t go on the road for more than a week or two at a time, so I just play catchup when I get back with private messages, merge proposals, trusted list requests, & other WikiTree mail.

I think there's also a "sync" feature, where both home & phone would receive the e-mails.

(to be continued...ran out of room)

How's everything going?

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

Hi Lydia,

Welcome to the Mayflower Project! In this project we all might be direct descendants of different people, but with our common bond, we're like family. I'm a descendent of Allerton, and Priest and I'm working on others. As you get started you'll find help using g2g.

Thanks, Lydia. I was hoping you had some information on my line. If it can get a confirmation or correction on the Bassett line, that would be great! Catherine Catone Wheldon was the spouse of Stephan Hopkin's son, Giles Hopkins....

Interesting. I don't have any record of a Lydia Perry/Fuller. Edward Fuller and wife (unknown) arrived on the Mayflower with their son Samuel who married Jane LATHROP.

It would be great to see what you have on the Mayflower. My Mayflower ancestors are the FULLERs.
