Thomas was born in 1734 in Charles, Maryland, USA. He was the son of John Nalley Robey.
In 1794, he was named the Executor of the will of his father, John Nalley Robey, in Charles county.[1] Thomas did not receive a legacy in the will, suggesting that his father provided for him in another way. However, his son, John Nalley Robey, was given a slave by his grandfather.
Thomas died at the age of about 90 in 1824 in Charles, Maryland, USA.[2]
