Jane Bowden Calliss (widow) died aged 99 on 8 September 1981 at Western Private Hospital, Croydon. Her residence was recorded as 19 Cronin Avenue, Port Lincoln 5606 and "relative" William John Calliss.[6]
Many death notices in the Port Lincoln Times of 11 September 1981 identify her descendants at that time.[7]
