John grew up in Kentucky. Wife Ella Wilson (no need to be private).

John worked as a Postal Clerk for the Railway as early as 1900 (per census).

The death certificate for John Oliver Robinson is recorded Bexar Co. Texas, It gives the date of his birth in Warsaw Kentucky. It tells that his father was Christopher Robinson of Kentucky and his mother was Ellen Robinson.
