John Robinson was born in about 1809 at Neithrop (in Banbury) in Oxfordshire ^[1].

John Robinson and Mary Hartwell, both of Banbury, were married at the parish church of Banbury on 3 October 1832 ^[2].

In 1851 John Robinson was living at Monument Street in Banbury with his wife Mary and their children. His age was given as 42, implying a birth date in 1808 or 1809. His birthplace was given as Neithrop, Oxfordshire. He was an agricultural [farm] labourer ^[1].
