Its a Project Protected Profile, put on a profile because it is the lowest number of that name. Smith-545 is a lower number which represents the same person, so Smith-2522 shoudl be merged into -545, but cannot as long as -2522 is PPP'd. It takes someone with more clout than either of us to do this.
I was hoping one of the other managers on -2522's profile could do it.
