Biography
Robert was born in 1746. He was the son of Gain Robinson and Margaret Watson. He was christened 15 Jun 1746 in East Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts,[1]
In 1763, above the age of 14 years, Robert made the choice of Anthony Winslow of Bridgewater to be his guardian.[2]
In 1772 he married Bethia Kingman in the East Parish at Bridgewater. The couple apparently had children and Robert may have served in the Revolutionary War but at the moment records are lacking. It is unknown when Robert died.
Among the children of Robert Robinson & Bethiah (Kingman) Robinson is listed:
- Margaret Robinson born 31 Aug 1787, at Cummington, Massachusetts. She married Stephen Lapham..[3]
