Biography

In 1900 he was an engineer. One word in his occupation is illegible, but the word "electric" is present. He rented his home. In 1910, 1920, and 1930 he was a machinist for a manufacturing company; in 1930 he was described as a chain machinist for a machinery manufacturer. He owned his home free of mortgage. He was not a veteran.

In 1890 George won a lawsuit from William F. and Massie Ann Brown for $10,473.20. The Browns sold land at a sheriff's auction to pay the fee and George had the winning bid ($11,000).
