Parker was born about 1768 and was baptised on the 12 January 1768 at Clonmel parish, Queenstown, Cork. Parents were James Roche, a "tidewaiter" ( customs officer who boarded and inspected incoming ships) and wife Cassandra.
Parker married Helena Hungerford 21 August 1794. They had a son, James Hungerford Roche [1795-1873] who married Isabella Masters and then emigrated to Australia with the family.
First wife Helena dies in 1799.
Parker marries Sarah Browne in 1802 who dies in 1806/1807 and is buried on the 6th January 1807.
Parker marries Jane Browne on 6 October 1807 in Cork.
He passed away before 1831.
